2. Before Work

Full refund within 14 days of payment.

3. After Delivery

No refund for completed work. Additional revision rounds available at hourly rate.

4. Process

Email hello@hillriverdesign.com. Response within 2 business days. Stripe refund: 5-10 days.

5. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per D.lgs. 206/2005. Waived once design work commences with consent.
