App and site design delivered digitally. Scope per accepted proposal.

3. Pricing

EUR. IVA 22%. Stripe or bank transfer. 50% upfront for projects over 500 EUR.

4. IP

Deliverables become client property upon full payment. Our tools and methodologies remain ours.

5. Disclaimer

Design outcomes depend on implementation. We guarantee professional execution, not specific metrics.

6. Cancellation

Before work: full refund. During: payment for completed work. After delivery: no refund.

7. Law

Italian law. Courts of Bergamo. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal (D.lgs. 206/2005). Waived once work begins with consent (Art. 59(a)).
